For us, training is a priority, we define it coherently with the stakes of activity of Laboratoires URGO, changes in occupations and individual hopes. Highly demanding regarding your professionalism, following annual job appraisals on progress, we implement training programs intended, for each specialization, to share the best practices for each level of experience and to incorporate recognized know-how.
Mobility
Mobility, a key principle of company operation, within the Group meets a dual objective : promoting the professional development of each staff member, giving the company the means for continuing adjustment of its organization.
It is the subject of written commitments :
- An internal mobility charter governing the principles and conditions in which internal mobility in France may be carried out ;
- A charter on expatriation specifying the procedure according to which operations involving mobility to the international sector may be carried out.
