Base salary
Individual salary reflects the level of performance, aptitude, expertise and experience.
Variable compensation
We have developed a program of an annual incentive bonus that makes provision for bonuses to eligible colleagues. These bonuses are competitively set, rewarding achievement of objectives and level of performance of salaried employees.
French specific profit-sharing
Specific French Profit-sharing, in France, is an additional form of rewarding calculated at Fournier Groupe level, depending on yearly results. This sum is redistributed to all salaried employees in France in proportion to their annual salary.
Profit sharing
To involve everyone in achieving our objectives and to share the results with the salaried workers, we have decided to implement a profit-sharing plan both in France as well as in other countries. By getting the salaried employees at Laboratoires URGO to support common objectives, profit sharing creates favorable conditions for collective progress. Each one may also tangibly associate his/her daily actions with results of his/her team, department or with the company.
